Apple Home Kit features a rich experience if you are an Apple iOS user. It requires a home hub on your network such as an Apple TV, HomePod, or iPad to operate.
Homebridge
Homebridge brings Apple HomeKit support to smart home devices that do not natively support HomeKit such as Ring, Nest and Nest Cameras, and many others.
Google Home
Google Home features ways to manage, automate and control smart devices. Google Home is idea is for Andriod users with Andriod 8 or higher but it is also available on iOS.
Home Assistant
Home Assistant is an open-source solution that allows local control and contains more advanced features for automation than Apple or Google Home. Home Assistant can also integrate standalone Apple Home Kit bridges and service both Apple Home and Google Home systems. Home Assistant is a great way to control everything from a single device and use either Apple, Google Home, or both in addition to its offerings.
